When attacked by at least two mobs such as iron golems, the warden will prioritize roaring instead of actually killing them, even for mobs that it already roared at before. This causes the warden to be very easily killed by iron golems.

Unfortunately this seems to not be completely fixed. The Warden is better at it, but with slightly more mobs than what was previously shown, the Warden will eventually keep roaring over and over again while continually being attacked, still taking a lot of damage and sometimes even dying (it lost this fight for example)

[media]As previously noted, this still happens, it just requires a slightly greater number of mobs before the "fix." In 22w14a. I think this is because it prioritizes roaring over counterattacking.
Although this video was intended for a different bug report, I'll post it here too as it also demonstrates how Wardens still roar in the middle of being attacked by many mobs
[media]In 22w19a, it seems they try to keep roaring at mobs but now stop midway to attack things. So functionally this is fixed though visually they do try to roar
Can confirm, sometimes they'll even stop mid-attack before their initial target is dead just to roar at another mob, leading them to take way more damage than necessary. I wonder if this works with players, too..
