When you tryna copy the NBT of a boat with chest using pick block, it doesn't work.

Request me to be the reporter of the issue, not only does the original reporter (Brain180) is inactive but also that reporter it's literally me.
This issue still occurs in Minecraft snapshot 24w44a despite refactors to the pick item functionality.
Can confirm in 1.19.
