Allays lose their idle animation once they start moving

The Bug

Allays will stop moving their arms and bobbing up and down once they start moving. Relogging will bring their idle animation back

How to Reproduce:

•  Summon an allay with NoAI, be careful not to move it

  /summon minecraft:allay ~1 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

• Notice how it is bobbing up and down while also moving its arms

•  Push the allay and notice how it has suddenly stopped that animation

Expected Behaviour

Even when moved, the allay would still be bobbing up and down and moving its arms
