Leashed frogs have a hard time eating slimes

Frogs leashed to the player have a hard time eating slimes.

When the player leashes a frog and there are many small slimes around it, the frog twitches from one slime to the other and very rarely actually eats anything. This does not occur when the frog is leashed to a fence.

1) Spawn a frog.
2) Leash it.
3) Summon 10 small slimes around the player.
4) Notice how the frog rarely eats anything, instead it unnaturally twitches around.
