When using a Loyalty trident, it will fly around the player's head if it is thrown while the player is in creative mode and then the player changes to survival.
STEPS:
1. get a trident and enchant it with loyalty
2. throw the trident while in creative mode
3. before the trident returns to you, switch into survival
4. the trident will be spinning around your head
