The Bug:
The rendering of players is delayed for others.
This issue was not present in 1.18.2.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
Get "Player A" to stand still and have "Player B" stand in front of them.
Get "Player B" to run around and have "Player A" watch them closely.
Take note as to whether or not "Player A" sees "Player B" rendering behind their position constantly.
Observed Behavior:
The rendering of players is delayed for others.
Expected Behavior:
The rendering of players would be in sync for all players, just like it was in previous versions.

I believe I experienced this when I setup a server on my computer for friends to play on, and all of us saw each other skipping around and out of sync of where we should be. We would see each other sometimes apparently glitched into blocks (see picture below), and often see blocks updated out of seemingly nowhere due to not seeing immediately where someone actually is and what they're doing. The rotation of the ghost player may have also been scrambled (i.e. actually looking west but facing east)
