minecraft:sonic_boom particle frames are misordered during animation

The sonic boom particle is made up of 10 frames. This particle that displays during the warden's ranged attack shows rings that start small and grow larger before dissipating.

However, the first frame of the particle shows a ring that is already dissipating and is actually the 9th frame of the animation.

This is the frame that is intended to play first.

This is the first frame that actually plays.

Yes, this report is what I described in mine, this reporter did it.

The texture of the sonic boom particles has been updated in 22w18a and looking at their new frames, I can see that this issue has been fixed in 22w18a.
