Warden's ranged attack is no longer affected by the game's difficulty

In the latest snapshot (22w17a) the warden's ranged attack always deals 10 damage, no matter the difficulty, this is different than the last snapshot.

How to reproduce: 

1. Switch the difficulty to easy.

2. Summon a warden, make it angry to yourself and pillar up 5 blocks so it can't reach you.

3. Wait 5 seconds for the warden to attack you with its ranged attack.

4. Repeat the above steps for the normal and hard difficulties.

(Never mind, mojang confirmed it to be a bug)

It said the damage got lowered to 10, yes, but nothing about difficulty no longer affecting it...

In the latest Bedrock beta (1.19.0.28), the associated description in the changelog is same with 22w17a's, but the warden's ranged attack is affected by difficulty in Bedrock Edition. Seems not a WAI.

It doesn't help I don't know what WAI means

It stands for "Working as Intended" (i.e. a category of resolution for a bug report)

I can also confirm this behavior. The warden's sonic boom attack will always deal five hearts of damage regardless of the difficulty. I've attached some videos showing this behavior across difficulties.
