All snapshot, pre release, release candidate and latest release versions of 1.19 Wild Update crash immediately after launching both on the legacy launcher and MS Store launcher. Here's a screen shot:
[media]I initially thought the problem is caused by multiple versions of JDK that I have installed on my computer or windows environment variables, however removing Java from path did not make any difference. I also tried uninstalling java from my computer and reinstalled Minecraft launcher and the issue still has not been resolved. I should mention all previous versions of Minecraft Including 1.18.2, 1.17 and 1.16.5 work perfectly normal. I have not changed a single thing with java arguments and settings in the launcher. Here's a photo of launcher log when game crashed:

My Laptop is fairly new, all drivers including Nvidia graphics driver are fully updated (I even reinstalled my graphics driver) and Windows is updated.
Here are my Laptop's specs if that helps:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti / Intel Core i7-10750H / 16 GB of DDR4 Memory

Just so you know, the best way to indicate that you're affected by a bug is to use the "Vote for this issue" function.
This solution worked out for me:
Go to Windows settings.
Choose Time & Language.
Select Region from the side menu.
Set the country to United States.
Set the Current format to English(United States) or (United Kingdom)Â
Restart your PC.
As it seems that 1.19 is not yet supported by many regions and formats of Windows.
I hope that this helps you!
Ever since they used LWJGL library 3.3.1 for the more recent snap shots and versions (in this case 1.19) this problem happens.
Which issue is this one a duplicate of? Sometimes bugs appear the same but are actually separate (this seems to be the case with a lot fo the "Exit Code 1" issues).
Does MC-252702 describe your issue?
I've got the same problem 😞
