Are you sure that you're not using any mods as the statistics displayed in the upper left of your screen suggest otherwise? Please could you provide an additional screenshot of this occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled? Thanks 😃

Per that report, you can see the game doesn't register as modded, it may be an overlay instead.

Duplicate of MC-219985 which was later resolved as "Cannot Reproduce" due to this issue being caused by third-party game overlay apps.
