[MC-253001] I cannot redeem a Java account using my Bedrock account

In the Minecraft Bedrock Loading Screen, I saw an announcment that I could redeem a new Minecraft Java account if I already had a Bedrock one. I clicked on the link and used the wrong account by accident. Later, I used the same link and used the correct account to redeem my Java version. It doesn't have the button that says "Get." Instead, I have to buy a new Java account, but I look all over the internet, and nobody has the same problem as me. Please fix this bug quickly, it is really frustrating.

Sounds like you already redeemed it (on the wrong account), so i wouldn't say this is a bug, but a human error. Your best bet is to reach support via their support page. (Not here)

Yes, I did use the wrong account; however, I couldn't find anything on their support page.
