[MC-253057] Can't pick up liquid if it has a container behind it.

Steps:

1- Place liquid with a container (dispenser, dropper, chest, etc) behind it.

2- Try to pick up the liquid in a way that both the container and the lava are behind the crosshair

3- The container opens, you don't pick up the liquid.

Expected behavior:

If you're holding a bucket, pick up the liquid.
Otherwise, interact with the block

This is really annoying when working with tightly-packed redstone contraptions. It should pick up the lava if you're holding a bucket

Hold the sneak/crouch key. Block interaction always goes before item usage when not sneaking. This isnot a bug.

This is a bug, it did not happen before 1.19 as far as I know

Oh this definitely did happen before 1.19, even happened before waterlogging was a thing; this is not new.
