Chat reporting screen is forcibly closed upon dying or changing dimensions

The bug

The chat reporting screen is forcibly closed, removing all information the player has entered, when the player dies or changes dimensions. One would expect the report to continue to be accessible, even after a death or a dimension change occurs.

How to reproduce

1. Create a server, and join the server with two accounts

2. From one account, navigate to the social interactions screen, and select the ⚠️ icon for the other player

3. From the other account, kill the player accessing the chat report screen
   ❌ The player who was accessing the chat report screen no longer has access to any information they may have entered
