Chat message content can extend past the outline of a button and past the scroll bar

The bug

The content of a long chat message, although shortened using an ellipsis, can still extend outside of the border of its box.

How to reproduce

1. Create a server, and join the server with two accounts

2. From one account, send a very long chat message

3. From one account, navigate to the social interactions screen, and select the ⚠️ icon for the other player

4. Click the "Select Chat Messages to Report" button, and select the long message
   ❌ The long chat message and ellipsis extend past the outline
