[MC-253320] Blocking TNT damage with shield is counter-intuitive

Player can't block a TNT ignited by self, and blocking a TNT ignited by other player need to face the player instead of the TNT.

This might be better to be merged along with MC-159169, it would be worth adding that broken mechanic of blocking tnt explosions when facing to the player on the report/comments, though i haven't tested it.

I cannot reproduce the behavior that shields block damage from TNT when facing away from them.

This was reported at MC-92017, so I have resolved as a duplicate.
