I play on an aternos server (1.19) with my friends and sometimes I can't join the server and other times I can play just fine. I don't know what causes it and why it's only sometimes that I can't play.

Is the server or your client modded and if it isn't then try doing this with a lower render distance and see is the issue still occurs.
While on the server, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
