Friendly Fire Doesn't Work on Skeletons

I have always active, repeating command blocks that add "@e[type=skeletons]" to my team "Skeletons". This prevents the possibility of a skeleton aggro-ing on another skeleton as I have modified the team to prevent friendly fire. However, the team modification does not prevent the skeletons from doing damage to eachother with stray arrows. I have tried work arounds such as adding all arrows, something called "#minecraft:impact_projectiles" and "#minecraft:skeletons". None of this works and skeletons still do unwanted damage to eachother

This was marked as a duplicate but the original report that this is a "duplicate" of is marked as resolved from 2014. I know you guys think this is a "feature" but nobody would want this as a feature?? It's clear by the comments on the original and the fact that people are having trouble with this. Why would monsters added to a team with team rules not obey the team rules? It's how they are meant to work. Hold a poll to decide whether or not they should and I'd bet the mass majority would vote they should obey because that's what's advertised and there's no reason they shouldn't be.

It was resolved for being a feature request. This site is for bug reports only.
Teams are made with a focus on players, not mobs; they didn't limit the ability to add them to teams, but didn't rework mobs to abide the rules; that being the case isn't a bug.
