To ensure the safety of players and the security of their accounts, account migration is mandatory – you won't be able to play the game without migrating to a Microsoft account. If you would like to deactivate your account instead, you can request this by contacting Mojang Support here. 🙂
This is an account issue, not a bug. As well as this issue being rather incomplete and very vague on what the problem is.
