What I expected to happen was...: Tried opening my Realm from android device, expected it to open

What actually happened was...: It wouldn't connect, it said to check my connection, which was not the issue, my connection is fine and it happened when we tried going on Realm from xbox one also.

1. Open Minecraft from android or xbox one
2. ... attempt to connect to realm or server
3. ...error message about connection
