Sometimes when using Jigsaw blocks to generate structures the connections will be bad causing certain structures to overlap or be placed one block below (As seen in the attached images). This mainly occurs when attempting to manually generate a structure with a jigsaw block that is branching of of a previously generated structure. I have only tested this with ancient city structures but it might affect other structures that the jigsaw block can generate. If you generate structures with a higher level setting this problem doesn't occur because when jigsaw blocks automatically generate a structure without player input.
