Ominous banner intersecting the head of raid captains

Can confirm in 1.21.4. I would like to request ownership as currently the reporter is not active from 2022.

Because I lost my previous account since the 2FA verification released.

Can confirm but wouldn't consider this a bug. 

This issue affects all Illagers, not other humanoid mobs. I think this is a valid bug since it's not working consistently.
