I spent years researching and finally managed to fix the AI of the Bedrock Edition pillager, making it possible to match the Java version of pillagers:
[media]ps. The angry components can be removed. I added them because of the "reinforcements" mob behaviour in Java edition. Refer to wiki illager page, on all difficulty levels, damaged illager mobs call all other illagers of their respective type within an area centered on the attacked illager to target the attacker, as long as the attacker is a non-illager.
It is fixed in current version!

Yeah, it seems that their movement speed of their playing behavior no longer decreases.
But I am confused, should the baby villager's walk, run, panic, and playing movement speed multipliers be the same in Bedrock Edition? Emmmm well nvm, most mobs in BE don't have dynamic speed changes as JE. Maybe it will be added in the future.

Yes we cannot edit witches throwing potions behavior.
Many ranged mobs like skeleton, pillager or snow golem also had "minecraft:shooter" component group instead the witch.
