So I just wanted to play minecraft and I loaded my world then it startet to get realy laggy. I tried fixing it but it just got worse so i pressed Alt F4 and my PC then crashed. when i started minecraft aigan i realized that my settings are back to default and that all my worlds are gone. Is there any way to get the worlds back?

Did you change the Minecraft directory before your PC crashed? There used to be a bug with the launcher where it would reset the directory after Minecraft was launched.
