The bug

Mobs don't shoot correctly from crossbows.

To reproduce

• Summon a pillager or piglin with a crossbow:

  /summon piglin ~ ~ ~ {IsImmuneToZombification:1b, HandItems:[{id: "minecraft:crossbow", Count: 1b, tag: {ChargedProjectiles: [], Damage: 1, Charged: 0b}}, {}]}

• Go to survival mode.

• Wait for it to attack you.

Observed result

The mob will shoot in the completely wrong direction.

Expected result

The mob would shoot in the correct direction.
