Scaffolding does not match the bamboo color scheme

The bug

Scaffolding, despite being composed largely of bamboo, has a color scheme which differs slightly from the newly-introduced bamboo block set, being noticeably less green than any of the blocks.

How to reproduce

1. Place scaffolding

2. Place bamboo planks right next to it

3. Compare

Expected results

The color schemes would match.

Actual results

There is a noticable discrepancy.
