I found that there is a problem with the display of the stick icon in the workbench composition table. There are two sticks.

This is because there are two recipes: you can craft them using planks, or bamboo.

Yeah, this is absolutely intended, they are 2 different recipes assigned the same groupping, and have different output counts, so they cannot be merged into 1 recipe via an item tag.

This display is not specific to sticks, and all items in the recipe book do this if there's multiple recipes grouped together.
