[MC-258491] Rain Particles indoors

It is raining in my house-through half slabs and stair blocks, not full blocks.

This is the same world as you used with the moddified game, therefor save data being corrupt is not vanilla's fault.

Unless you can reproduce this in a world untouched by mods, this remains invalid because of the mod usage.

Did you open this world in a modified instance of the game?

They did, see MC-258480.

This unfortunately cannot be tracked as a bug since this world file was modified.

Started from Vanilla - no issue.
