[MC-258583] Light-emitting items like torches not lighting are when in hand.

When holding torches in your hand/offhand, light will not emit from them. Only once you place them down. This also occurs with lava buckets, magma creams, etc.

To the moderators of the issue tracker: I'm sorry that I reported this when it was not really a bug. Since I played OptiFine a lot, I forgot that that kind of lighting does not exist in Vanilla. I don't want to clog the tracker with invalid reports. Please forgive me.
