In 1.19.1, report_button.png was added and contains the button highlighted with a white outline. However, the highlighted button does not brighten up a bit.
How to fix it.
Highlighted buttons light up slightly.
PS.
The bright buttons are an optical illusion, they don't actually light up.
I can confirm this issue.
