Random Textures

This all started when I started to build a mob grinder and placed a bucket of water down and it turned into a boat. Everything appeared to have a random texture and all the snow appeared as sculk. Everything had random textures except for lanterns which were placed down and all of entities. After that, the game crashed and had no text in the launcher stating in which the game crashed whatsoever. Once I logged back on, everything appeared a normal and I was not able to replicate the bug after I restarted the game.
