Opening the crafting recipe book selects the recipe that appears under the mouse cursor

The bug

Clicking the crafting recipe book to open it causes the recipe that appears under the mouse cursor to be clicked. The smelting recipe book is not affected.

This issue was introduced in 22w46a.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure you have at least four recipes unlocked:

   /recipe give @s *

2. Place and open a crafting table

3. Set the recipe book to "Showing All"

4. Close the recipe book

5. Open the recipe book by clicking the icon
   → ❌ A recipe gets selected (i.e. sent to the crafting grid)
