As said in the summary, iron golems dont attack the player after attacking an another iron golem.
How to reproduce:
Step 1:Create a new world in creative mode.
Step 2:Spawn two iron golems using spawn eggs (presumably works with other ways of spawning).
Step 3:Change to survival mode.
Step 4:Attack one of the iron golems, the other one does not attack.

Please give me more info, does "naturally spawned" mean spawn by villager? Does the difficulty is set to Peaceful? And what does "an another iron golem" mean?
Regarding that quote: "may" because it decreases popularity/reputation. As mentioned on the same page:
and may attack players that attack it or have a low popularity or reputation with their village.
@unknown, can you pelase update the issue to follow the same format listed on this page? Currently, the issue is incomplete.
Specifically, clear and exact steps to reproduce are the most important part missing right now.
Thank you for your report!
After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
