[MC-259643] Enchantment glint strength, even at 100%, can't be as visible as before 23w04a

The bug

Relates to MC-259613. Enchantment glint has generally been made too subtle that even pulling the slider to 100% won't make it look like that before 23w04a.

Hmmm. I don't see how this is any different from MC-259613. Could you explain if this is the same problem or how MC-259613 is different from this report (MC-259643)? Thanks!

This ticket is more or less like 'setting glint strength to 100% should make the visual effect resemble that before 23w04a' instead of simply being 'visible.' They can be interpreted the same thing though.

We'll go ahead and resolve this ticket (MC-259643) as a duplicate of MC-259613 in that case. MC-259613 covers the issue here pretty well. Thanks for your report though!
