[MC-259694] Rideable mobs which kick the player off in water attempt to jump out of the water at increasing heights

I never knew horses dreamed of orbit.

I could only get it to happen when the water was deeper than 1 block, and my testing determined that it only affects mobs that are able to kick the player off in water.

Steps to reproduce:

Ride a horse into water deeper than 1 block

If this is still an issue for you in the latest version, please provide a video of this issue occuring for you, and update the steps to reproduce with more clear and exact steps. Currently, the description is far too vauge, and I am unable to observe any strange behavior myself.

I think what this reporter means is:
When a player dismounts a horse, it creates an upward momentum that makes the horse look like it jumped.
