Skeleton, stray, wither skeleton, bogged and illusioner will not adjust its aiming height due to the hitbox size of the target

The bug

Skeleton, stray, wither skeleton, bogged and illusioner will not adjust its aiming height due to the hitbox size of the target.

After they hit the target for the first time, they often adjust their aiming height to that of the average player, making it impossible for them to hit mobs lower than a block.

Reproduce steps

  1. Give yourself a skeleton spawn egg.

    /give @p skeleton_spawn_egg[entity_data={id:skeleton,equipment:{mainhand:{id:'minecraft:bow'},head:{id:'minecraft:skeleton_skull'}}}] 1
  2. Give yourself a baby turtal spawn egg.

    /give @p turtle_spawn_egg[entity_data={id:turtle,Age:-999999}] 1
  3. Spawning a skeleton.

  4. Spawning a baby turtle on the third block from the skeleton.

  5. It is found that the skeleton will not be able to hit the baby turtle again after hitting it for the first time.

This can be fixed by making mobs that shoot projectiles aim at the eyes, not the feet, of their target.
