Decorated pots don't have creative mode tooltips

Steps to Reproduce:

Method 1:

1. Grab a decorated pot from the creative inventory;

2. Switch to survival;

3. Place it and mine it with your hand.

Method 2:

1. Get four bricks;

2. Craft a decorated pot.

Observed Results:
The "Functional Blocks" tooltip is not present.

Expected Results:
The tooltip is shown for any item that can be found in the creative inventory.

Notes: Decorated pots that have been customized with pottery sherds aren't present in the creative inventory, so a tooltip wouldn't be expected of them.
