Sniffer's head occasionally disappears

Seems similar to MC-260092, but in that issue the entire sniffer is not rendered and here only the head disappears, which makes me believe this is a different issue.

I'll check if it happens off lead. It takes some time waiting and watching.

I can confirm this happens as well, I've noticed it a few times though it's a bit rare. Couldn't get it on video

After a bit of testing, I've found that this appears to happen exclusively after the sniffer does its 'long sniff' animation. Here's a vid of the first time I saw it, after spawning several more and watching them for a bit, it seems to happen almost every time after that specific animation, even if only for a few frames, and only after that specific animation.
