[MC-260188] Items held by left-handed allays aren't centered within the allay's hands

I gave the allay a diamond block, then took it out of its hands, then hit it, then gave it back and it was off-center

/summon minecraft:allay ~ ~ ~ {LeftHanded:1b,NoAI:1b,HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:magenta_concrete",Count:1b}]}

Hm, it appears to be caused by the fact this is a left handed allay.

Confirmed. I've updated this ticket accordingly to accurately reflect what the problem is here.
