Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enable the high contrast UI.

  2. Go to settings. 

  3. Observe it

What is the expected behaviour?

As the pack icon indicates, the whole coloring is massively reduced, intentionally, to make the contrast as extreme as possible.
The pack's background.png is just fully black.
