Hello,

I just played on my own server and currently, I'm building a train station there. I wanted to pick out the rails from the creative inventory and unfortunately, the inventory tabs are looking very weird, please see the screenshots for this.

Are you using any resource pack?

Duplicate of MC-181280, the SIA font texture (as used in enchanting tables) got selected instead of the creative inventory tabs texture.
