The bug
The green icon / marker displayed on a map when a copy of it is placed in an item frame is not removed in all situations.
I have found that this bug is present in all versions since 1.19 including the most recent pre release 1.19.4 Pre-release 3
Affected situations
When punching out the map from the item frame
When the item frames supporting block is removed
How to reproduce
Create a map
Place an item frame and place the map in it
Use one of the affected situations described above
See that the green icon remains even though the map is not inside the item frame anymore and/or the item frame is gone
