Social interactions screen says I am blocked with certain players

I have never blocked anyone on the social interactions screen and yet it says I am blocked with certain players. I cant see their chat with them blocked and that really makes it hard for me to speak to them. What confuses me is that on their screen it says they did not block me and another weird thing is i can see other peoples chats except for these pacific people
