When is farmland broken under a pitcher crop, the crop doesn't get broken

I am not able to reproduce this. Could you please attach a video of this issue occurring?
Edit: Nevermind, I was able to reproduce this. I was using the plant instead of the crop.

This might have something to do with the fact that the hitbox of the pitcher crop extends into the block underneath, unlike all other plants.

I just hope whenever this bug is fixed there’ll be a way to have the plant on grass with the bottom pod still attached, this is the only way to have it off of farmland currently and its nice on grass at least for decor

This shouldn't be a bug, it's like the flying candle.
