Falling pointed dripstone doesn't cause end crystals to blow up

Steps to reproduce:
1) Place an end crystal
2) Place an anvil above it so that it falls onto the end crystal
3) The end crystal explodes

Repeat the steps with dripstone to see that the end crystal doesn't blow up

Edit: The anvil no longer blows up the end crystal as of 1.20
