The Bug:
The screen can flash when potion effect particles pass by the camera.
This is a problem because the sudden flashing may disorient those who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.
Steps to Reproduce:
Switch to first person and give yourself a potion effect by using the command provided below.
/effect give @s minecraft:regeneration 100 0
Observe the particles produced from the potion effect as they pass by screen.
Take note as to whether or not the screen can flash when potion effect particles pass by the camera.
Observed Behavior:
The screen can flash.
Expected Behavior:
The screen would not flash, thus significantly reducing the chances of those who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy from experiencing seizures as a result of the flashing.

I have epilepsy and could feel a seizure about to occur after using a night vision potion tonight. Did your experts try this in a small dark room on a small screen like a switch? Doubtful. I cannot use potions because I don't want a seizure. At least having the option to toggle particles off on bedrock without commands would be nice. But at least we get a new virtue signalling yellow text message daily. I don't know what I'd do without those.
