[MC-261436] Iron golem do not spawn in taiga villages on creation

Iron golems may not spawn in taiga villages, including fact that's there's bug since 1.14 that villagers stuck in trapdoors for some reason - whole village can be easily dead at first night

No, but they're supposed to spaen in villages; one on generation, and later based on villager gossip.
