There seems to be an issue with the rendering of overlayed textures that has a noticeable pattern that it follows. Every other 15 vertical blocks if a textures is overlayed perfectly on a block it will start running into issues with z-fighting. This issue does not seem to occur for any other blocks other than the ones at these specific heights.
