Melon and Pumpkin are in the default '#maintains_farmland' tag despite not maintain farmland

Issue: The default list of blocks in the new tag '#maintains_farmland' includes pumpkins and melons, which do not maintain farmland when placed or grown, despite being tagged.

Expected behavior: It would be expected that all the default blocks in the tag would maintain farmland

To reproduce: Place/grow a pumpkin/melon on farmland on 23w16a. Pumpkin and melon are included in the vanilla tag.
