[MC-262015] Suspicious sand and gravel are not dropping loot in trail ruins in new snapshot. 23w16a

I am on the new snapshot 23w16a. I just went to a trail ruins and none of the suspicious sand or gravel are dropping any loot. I haven't been to other structures yet to see if this issue is there either.

I have the same issue- I was using a world generated in the previous snapshot, but I checked by creating a new world in 23w16a and had the same problem.
