When the player gains speed and jumps to the edge of the honey block, they can jump.

This bug actually affects every block type. For example, with this same method it is possible to jump off of a magma block without taking damage. As well, this will cause the step sound to not play when using this method to jump off of every block.
Can confirm in 1.20 pre release 2.
